The Beast Meet and Greet is Back at Be Our Guest. Is It Back To Stay Or Is It Just Temporary?

A fan favorite Disney experience has made a magical comeback at Walt Disney World.  After years of waiting it appears as though the Beast is now back meeting and greeting visitors in his study at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom.  

For those who might not remember, prior to the pandemic-related closures, diners at Be Our Guest would get the special treat of meeting the Beast in his study after their dinner.  However, when the restaurant reopened in 2020, the experience was modified.  The Beast would roam around the restaurant interacting with guests, but the intimate meet and greet in his study was missing.  

This change left many guests longing for that unique interaction, especially since it's the only place in all of Walt Disney World where you can meet the Beast.  But now it looks like Disney might be bringing this beloved experience back.  

On July 22nd the Beast was back meeting guests in his study.  

Cast members have said that they are just testing things out right now to see how it goes, so there is still a bit of uncertainty for this experience.  

So if you're planning a trip to Magic Kingdom soon, make sure to book a reservation at Be Our Guest and keep an eye out for the Beast in his study.
